Panel Veneers (Face B or better, Inner C or C plugged, Back B or better): Thickness Options

Durability: Exterior grade (equivalent to (BS) EN 314 Bond Class 3)
Veneer/strength grading:

Face B or better, Inner C or C plugged, Back B or better

Class 11 Plyform indicates face veneers may be from Group 2 or 3 wood species, which is still strong enough for most applications

Reuse: 5-10 pours are possible
Thickness/US Performance Category*: 15.1mm(19/32*) / 15.9mm(5/8) / 17.5mm(11/16) / 18.3mm(23/32) / 19.1mm(3/4)
General Info:

MDO Plyform panels create a matt or flat finish on the concrete surface. Typically overlaid on only one side, although can also be added to both. Overlays are bonded to the plywood under high heat and pressure in a press. Adds stability, repels foreign substances from the surface and provides a smoother, more durable surface. The phenolic resins used are hard and resist moisture, chemicals and abrasion

Not the same as Regular MDO or MDO General, which are unsuitable for formwork

Additional Info: Normally factory-treated with a release agent and edge-sealed to protect the edges from water absorption. The surface should be treated with a release agent prior to first use and between each pour to preserve the surface and facilitate easy stripping
